Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process : job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database.
- Prepare monthly payroll, EPF / SOCSO / EIS submissions, and related HR reports.
- Manage employee leave, attendance, and performance records.
- Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and staff handbook.
- Coordinate training, staff development, and company activities.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Administration
Provide administrative support to management and departments.Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.Prepare reports, letters, and documentation when required.Assist in general office management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and / or administration.Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll system, and statutory submissions.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
