Senior Manager / Head Financial Planning & Reporting

Job Brief

To lead and manage the Group’s financial planning and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with insurance industry standards, Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations. The role supports strategic decision‑making through accurate reporting, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement. There are two vacancies available for this role, which may be based in either Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok.

Job Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and review periodic consolidated financial performance reports for management, board of directors, and regulators.

Lead the preparation and submission of consolidated budgets and forecasts to management and the board.

Assist in the preparation of Audit Committee and Board papers.

Review and approve journal vouchers prior to posting in SAP.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including subsidiaries, auditors, and management to meet reporting deadlines.
