Junior Finance Business Partner

As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key support role within the finance team, bridging day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining payment records, and supporting financial reconciliation activities. In addition, you will work closely with designated business units to provide financial insights, assist in aligning financial targets with operational goals, and help reinforce internal financial controls. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.

This will be a fully remote role, based out of your home location.

Job Responsibilities

Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.

Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.

Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.

Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.

Administrative Functions

Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.

Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.

Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Business Unit Collaboration

Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.

Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.

Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
