Responsibilities

Develop and implement a short-term, high-impact marketing strategy aligned with Pixlr Group’s business objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership to support business expansion.

Brand & Market Positioning

Strengthen global brand presence and position Pixlr Group as a creative technology leader.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels, aligned with the needs of content creators and software users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft go-to-market strategies for new products.

Define product positioning for different user segments to establish competitive differentiation.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Utilise performance analytics to optimise campaign ROI and audience targeting.

Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee SEO, SEM, content strategy, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid social campaigns.

Ensure marketing activities support SaaS business growth.

Partnerships & External Collaboration

Identify and manage strategic partnerships to extend Pixlr Group’s reach.

Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance campaign performance.

Budget & Resource Allocation

Manage and optimise the marketing budget to support strategic initiatives and maximise ROI.

Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer

Mentor and support the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Establish a clear transition roadmap to ensure sustainability of marketing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are an advantage.

10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the software, technology, or creative industries.

Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with success in leading marketing strategies and growth hack for SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital products.

Experience with global brand management, particularly in the creative tech or software industries, is an added advantage.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-level executives.
