Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing both accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting Duties :
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and petty cash management.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Administrative Duties :
Manage office supplies and inventory.Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).Handle general administrative support to management and staff.Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistics.Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (SQL).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.How to Apply :
