About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic team at KROHNE(M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a 12-months contract position that plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining our project documentation, ensuring efficient information flow and compliance with industry standards.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinates document control.
- Maintains progress of the received documents in consultation with the purchasing department and the project managers.
- Checks for correctness / completeness of documents.
- Prepares indexes for all required data-books in accordance to the VDRL.
- Handles data-book preparation in accordance to procedures for the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).
- Handles data-book preparation in accordance to procedures for the Equipment Data Book (EDB).
- Handles data-book preparation in accordance to procedures for the Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual (IOM).
- Prepares required number of hard copies and soft copies of final documentation.
- Expedites project documents.
- To ensure all work and tasks are carried out in accordance with the Companies QHSE policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 QHSE Procedures.
