Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in F&B, retail, or consumer lifestyle
  • Strong copywriting skills with a knack for creating engaging, on-brand content
  • A good eye for visuals and experience using tools like Canva or Adobe
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create, schedule, and publish eye-catching posts that align with our brand
  • Write engaging captions and copy that connect with our audiences
  • Design simple visuals using Canva / Adobe (or coordinate with designers for more advanced assets)
  • Track and analyze performance, sharing insights and recommendations to boost engagement
  • Stay on top of F&B trends, industry news, and competitor activity for inspiration
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to keep our community engaged
  • Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches with fresh content
