Supervisor, Food & Beverage

As the Supervisor, Food & Beverage at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of the resort's food and beverage services. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and involves leading a team of hospitality staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the resort's restaurants including food & beverage service.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
• Monitoring inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory.
• Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and beverage offerings.
• Representing the resort's food and beverage operations at internal and external events.
