An Sales coordinator executive under Sales Department is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another from customer order to delivery.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way from customer order until the delivery.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Plan, arrange and monitor the daily delivery schedule in effective way.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Communicate professionally with clients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory status, and client communications.Prepare and review quotations, sales reports, and other related documentation.Support sales team with market research, lead tracking, and customer relationship management.Requirements :
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar roleKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementExcellent communication skillsLeadership abilityCandidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent certificate.Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen.Candidates with integrity and able to handle confidential matters.Candidates with positive attitude to learn and execute.''Work Remotely No
