About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at LEESONMECH ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and manage customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on order status
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, orders, and sales activities
- Assist with the processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
