Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle the full spectrum of payroll administration.
  • Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS).
  • Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration and / or payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in payroll software such as Securisoft or UBS is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and effective communication with all levels of people.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    • Working Hours :

  • Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays (twice a month) : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
