Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data & Human Capital Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for analysing and interpreting HR-related data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, human capital costs, attrition, employee movement, overtime costs, and other key HR metrics. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making and help optimize workforce planning and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from various sources (HRIS, payroll, time tracking, etc.)Develop dashboards and reports to monitor :Human Capital Cost
Attrition and retention trendsInternal movement and mobilityOvertime and productivity costsHeadcount and workforce demographicsIdentify patterns, trends, and anomalies in HR data to support strategic initiativesProvide data-driven recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and cost managementEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulationsSupport ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior managementRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related fieldProven experience at least 2 - 4 years in HR analytics, workforce planning, or data analysisStrong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization toolsExperience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is a plusSolid understanding of HR metrics and financial implications of workforce decisionsExperience in predictive modelling, labor cost modelling, HR budgeting or workforce forecasting is an advantageWilling to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)#J-18808-Ljbffr
