About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at TITI KAYA SDN BHD. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property sales operations and providing administrative assistance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration processes for property development projects
  • Oversee and coordinate unit bookings, purchaser documentation, and S&P agreement execution
  • Liaise with appointed lawyers, bankers, and external agents to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Monitor sales progress, team performance, and provide regular reports to the management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to property sales
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Maintain organised sales records and support internal audits or reporting when required
  • Provide executive-level support to the sales team and management, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations
  • Assist in the development of SOPs and workflow improvements for sales administrative functions

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales administration, preferably at a managerial or executive level
  • Strong understanding of S&P processes, property booking systems, and real estate documentation
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with lawyers, bankers, agents, and purchasers
  • Proficient in digital documentation platforms and able to manage the end-to-end digitalisation of sales documentation processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with property CRM systems
