Sales Admin Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow their career in sales and administration.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
• Maintain and update customer databases, records, and documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials.
• Support the Sales Team in tracking sales performance and KPIs.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Contract length : 5 months

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
