About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Premier Consortium Sdn Bhd as a Sales Admin Executive. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling customer enquiries and ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Maintaining detailed sales records and providing regular reporting to the management
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Providing administrative support for various sales-related activities, such as events and sales office visits
- Identifying improvement plans and feedback for sales projects monthly
- And any other ad-hoc tasks as given from time to time
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role, ideally within the Property Development industryStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systemsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and dataWillingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the sales team's objectivesIf this role aligns with your skills and experience, we welcome you to join our team
