12 Months Renewable contract Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and maintain LifeAsia system modules to support life insurance policy administration. Provide ongoing production support for LifeAsia including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for new products, changes, or enhancements in the LifeAsia environment. Customize LifeAsia scripts, batch jobs, and screens to accommodate product changes and operational needs. Support policy lifecycle processes such as new business issuance, policy servicing, claims processing, renewals, surrenders, and payouts within LifeAsia. Perform testing (unit, system, and user acceptance) for LifeAsia-related developments and enhancements. Prepare and maintain system documentation including technical specs, configuration guides, and user manuals. Participate in LifeAsia system upgrades, patching, and data migration activities when required. Ensure all development and configuration activities align with compliance, security, and audit requirements. Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Must have worked on Life / Health policy admin system projects in Insurance domain. Must possess Life Insurance business knowledge. Experience in DXC platform such as Life Asia, Integral Life classic or Integral / Life Java version is highly desired. Knowledge in Basic Java, Jasper / Thunderhead and reporting tools like Sisense is preferred. Proficient in SQL queries and familiar with MSSQL, Oracle and able to Identify, Analyze and extract data for reporting and correspondence requirements are preferred. Candidate must have knowledge in LifeAsia, Life400, Life Integral Systems and MSSQL. What’s on offer
