Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Accounting / Finance, and possess professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in accounting / audit related field. Good knowledge of accounting practices and principles Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Experience in SQL accounting software will be added advantage Possesses good work ethic, responsible, dedicated, and able to complete assigned tasks by due dates. Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player, possesses self-initiative. Experienced in handling staffs tasks. Be able to communicate and work collaboratively with others in the organization. Opportunities for promotion Professional development
Job Description ;
- Prepare full set of Account including management account, journal, bank reconciliations
- Managing the account payable and receivable
- Perform reconciliations of accounts such as bank reconciliation, debtors and creditors reconciliation etc.
- Perform checking and verification of payment and receipts before obtain approval from Finance Manager.
- Update all monthly stock schedule and supporting files for closing of divisional accounts.
- To assist Finance Department to prepare analytical reports to elaborate the performance of the operations accordingly.
- To assist in statutory audit and company tax filling to ensure all requirement are met and in order.
- To perform any functions and duties assigned by the superior.
