Position : Inside Sales Representative
Location : Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Industry : Healthcare
Contract Duration : 3 Months with PERSOL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on experience & skills) + statutory contributions + leave entitlement
Our client is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team on a short-term contract. This role involves reaching out to dental clinics across Malaysia and Singapore, building connections, and creating new business opportunities.
Comprehensive training, curated customer lists, and call scripts will be provided to set you up for success. If you enjoy sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive on engaging with people, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to dental clinics in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Introduce products / services using provided scripts and guidelines.
- Identify, qualify, and document potential sales leads in the CRM.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with interested prospects, handing qualified leads to the sales team.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Attend training sessions and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
- Report daily and weekly progress to supervisors.
