Job Summary :
The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving the hotel's revenue through proactive sales activities, market coverage, and customer relationship management. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets to maximize occupancy and revenue for the hotel.
Job Description :
Secure new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for rooms, events, and F&B.Build and maintain strong rapport with corporate, government, and group clients.Actively cover assigned territories, conduct client visits / calls, and represent the hotel at events.Prepare sales reports, update client databases, and maintain accurate records.Work closely with Sales Manager and other departments to deliver excellent service and meet client needs.Requirement :
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or customer serviceExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships.Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently.Flexible to work beyond office hours when required (client meetings, events, etc.).Work 5.5 days per week.Job Type : Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
