To be overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage all of the buildings in your chargeTo ensure that the building is well maintained, properly run, clean and secureTo be overall responsible for supervision of the resident staffTo be Strict and Able to Maintain Good Working Relationship with Residents & Committee MembersTo be conversant in :Writing good and effective correspondence;Formulating and implementing with guidance and assistance from your superiors the following :Building management systems (including Preventive Maintenance Program)Record New Owners and Tenants by maintaining Strata Roll, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement.Financial Management by maintaining adequate cash flow, scheduling expenses and forecast financial health of buildingInsurance Management by making sure the coverage is adequate for buildingBuilding and Service AuditSecurityHousekeepingSafety and Health issuesReporting to clients on ad-hoc, monthly & annual basisManagement of site staff & contractors.Collect fees and control operational costs when appropriate.Project a professional image of Eric & Co Property Management in Malaysia from time to time as requested.Uphold a good personal image and conduct.Carry out any duties as directed by Eric & Co Property Management in Malaysia.Abide and be guided by the Code of Ethics, Guidelines and Rules and Regulations for Valuers and Estate Agents.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
