Base pay range
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure cost-effective solutions and high-quality services.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and conducive to a positive learning environment.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines, providing regular reports on budget status.
- Develop and implement event plans and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Handle on-site event management, including registration, attendee support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events.
- Maintain an inventory of event equipment and supplies, ensuring all items are in good working order and readily available for events.
- Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Job Requirements
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Wealth Mastery Academy events, ensuring seamless operations and a positive attendee experience.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, vendor coordination, and on-site support, adhering to budgetary guidelines.Maintain and organize event spaces, ensuring they are well-maintained, functional, and conducive to learning and engagement.Negotiate with vendors (e.g., caterers, AV suppliers) to secure competitive pricing and high-quality services, maximizing value for WMA.Utilize strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees.Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proactively identify and resolve potential problems or challenges during events, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth event flow.Support the development and implementation of event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.Maintain accurate records of event-related expenses, contracts, and other relevant documentation.Provide administrative support to the events team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.Job Benefits
