Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Business Administration, Procurement, or related fields.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in tender processes and proficient in using the e-Perolehan system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and document management capabilities.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) and work within tight deadlines.
- Able to drive and posses own transport
Responsibilities
Prepare all relevant documents for tenders, e-Perolehan, and quotations according to requirements and submission deadlines.Monitor and complete tender / e-Perolehan tasks until final submission.Proficient in using e-Perolehan and other tender-related systems, and ensure information is kept up to date.Review new tender advertisements and ensure all supporting documents are current.Manage documentation and processes upon successful tender awards.Attend site visits when required as part of the tender process.Prepare documents related to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) for registration and renewal purposes.Update and review administrative systems and procedures, including office layout, staff needs, and filing systems.Resolve administrative issues by coordinating reports, analyzing data, and proposing suitable solutions.Liaise with suppliers for office equipment purchases and repairs.Manage office supply inventory, including stock level checks, ordering, and confirming receipt.Prepare and manage both digital and physical documents, including copying, formatting, editing, and distribution of text / data / graphics.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director or Management Division from time to time.Benefits
