Job Summary
The Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the operational team to ensure business processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. This role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks, implementing procedures, and working cross-functionally with other departments to improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve daily operations across various departments (e.g., logistics, production, customer service).
Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines.Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Supply Chain & Inventory Management :Coordinate inventory levels and ensure smooth stock management.
Oversee procurement processes and vendor relations.Ensure the availability of materials and resources required for operations.Reporting & Data Analysis :Generate regular reports on operational performance, costs, and process improvements.
Analyze operational data to track trends and make data-driven recommendations.Prepare regular reports for management on operational issues and progress.Team Collaboration & Coordination :Collaborate with different teams to ensure that operations run smoothly.
Assist in workforce management and scheduling to ensure optimal team efficiency.Help resolve internal and external issues impacting operations.Customer Support :Handle customer complaints and operational issues, providing resolutions quickly.
Ensure smooth communication between other departments and operations.Skills and Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.Experience : 1 year in an operations or administrative role.Skills :Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.Familiarity with project management and operations software.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Technical Skills :Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
