Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to converse in Chinese languages will be advantageous. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Knowledge in Microsoft applications (including PowerPoint), data analysis, and report writing. Able to work under pressure. Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Petaling Jaya. This personnel will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, and overseeing the marketing & sales team. The role demands close collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Job Description :
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with internal clients, external clients, and other business networks.
- Implement strategic marketing and sales plans along with initiatives to include but not limited to interacting with internal and external existing and prospective clients, solicitation efforts, and securing business.
- Responsible for all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation through contract closing.
- Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
- Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
- Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information to the Management through reports.
