Associate Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Associate Marketing Manager who is passionate about generating high-quality leads and driving measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will focus on planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that directly contribute to the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure all marketing efforts translate into qualified opportunities and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns : Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, events) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Performance Marketing : Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
- Marketing‑Sales Alignment : Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover, tracking and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
- Event & Campaign Management : Organise and manage exhibitions and marketing events that support lead acquisition and brand positioning.
- Content & Messaging : Develop compelling marketing materials—such as brochures, landing pages and case studies—that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting : Measure, analyse and report campaign performance, providing data‑driven insights to optimise future campaigns.
- CRM & Automation : Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring proper segmentation, tracking and nurturing using CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Market Intelligence : Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and areas for campaign improvement.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with strong experience in lead generation, campaign management and performance marketing.Technical Skills : Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Mailchimp, and strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Analytics.Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data, measure performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.Project Management : Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.Communication : Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across departments.Bonus : Experience in AI, SaaS or technology marketing will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
