Internship for Field Construction

Qualifications : Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Engineering, Construction, or related fields.

• Language : Basic proficiency in Malay or English.
• Internship Duration : Minimum 3 months.
• A combination of technical skills such as site management, the use of measurement tools, and workplace safety, along with abilities in time management, teamwork, communication, and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Job Description : Site Supervision

Ensure all work on-site is carried out according to plans, technical specifications, and the set schedule.

Resolve technical or logistical issues that arise on-site.

Planning and Scheduling

Report progress to the Project Manager.

Safety and Risk Monitoring

Oversee the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers on-site.

Quality Control

Manage documentation such as inspection reports and work handover documents.

Material and Equipment Coordination

Manage equipment damage or report maintenance needs.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain project documentation including drawings, design changes, and inspection forms.
