To assist in all aspects of corporate secretarial dutiesTo ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns and compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2016To organise and coordinate the Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors' Meetings and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings and prepare minutes of meetingsPreparing Directors' and Members' resolution, minutes and statutory forms for filling to SSM.Formation and takeover of private limited companies, and ensure all the returns and documents lodged with SSM according to the deadline provided in the Companies Act 2016Liaise with clients, auditors and other relevant authorities in connection with corporate secretarial matters.Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time in connection with corporate secretarial dutiesJob Requirement :
- SPM / STPM / DIPLOMA / DEGREE in any field or equivalent professional qualifications .
- At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in the corporate secretarial field.
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel, MBRS, MyCoID, E-Bos & Secretarial Software.
- Required Language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and time management skills.
