Key responsibilities include :
- organising appointments and meetings with hospital-based healthcare professionals and staffs including purchasers
- identifying and establishing new business opportunities
- maintaining existing customers base by continuous servicing and collecting feedback
- negotiating contracts
- demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and other medical staffs
- meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- reviewing sales performance
- maintaining detailed records, writing reports and other documents
- organising CME for healthcare professionals in hospitals for product and clinical education
- attending and assisting doctors and nurses in the operation theatre or interventional suite to ensure correct usage of products
- building strong customer relations through excellent customer service
- coordinating with team member (operation and / or sales team) in daily preparation of documents and filing related to responsible accounts
