Overview

Account Executive cum Credit Control - STAM at Skyways Technics. The role is responsible for managing the company’s credit control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The incumbent will monitor customer accounts, identify and mitigate credit risks, and resolve payment-related disputes. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external customers to ensure accuracy in financial data, contract compliance, and adherence to company policies. Management will receive regular reports and analyses on credit status, variances, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full credit control cycle.
• Handle disputes and follow up on long-outstanding receivables.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Review sales contracts for credit risks, payment terms, and retention clauses.
• Analyze financial data (e.g., DSO), identify trends, and recommend resolutions.
• Report critical credit issues, disputes, and variances to Management.
• Conduct monthly Gross Profit Margin analysis and highlight discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
