Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1‑2 years of procurement experience Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount systems.
Purchaser / Procurement Assistant (Phone Spare Part)
Yk International Network Sdn Bhd – Petaling
Responsibilities
- Purchase specific phone spare parts with vendors
- Manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory
- Negotiate with China suppliers on stock quantities and pricing
- Coordinate with technicians on spare part requests and assess usage requirements
- Prepare monthly costing reports to meet standard requirements
- Arrange shipments with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Procure office equipment as requested
- Ensure stock is accurately keyed in and traceable
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Working Location
Kota Damansara
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday (Negotiable)
