Manager, Leasing

Job Responsibilities :

• To be responsible for the Rental Revenues for assigned portfolio under Property Investment Division.
• To identify, communicate and negotiate effectively with tenants and prospective retailers.
• To plan action plan to ensure yield and occupancy are achieved as per KPI set by Management.
• General regular reports on leasing performance, including occupancy rates, revenue forecast, provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management based on the feasibility studies or market trend.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional activities that enhance the overall attractiveness of the mall to potential tenants and customers.
• To manage and foster positive relationships with tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.
• Able to develop feasibility studies on market trend (marketing and leasing point of view).
• Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and analyse tenants' sales and overall performance.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
