Your Role
In this role as a Business Development Senior Executive / Manager, you will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry. You will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of Brokers and Partners, while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams.
Your responsibilities will include
Business leads origination
- You will need to play an active role in identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses through identifying needs within the CFD industry.
Active business relationship building and engagement
You will be responsible for maintaining a strong business development relationship with IBs and expansion of our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners at the same time maintaining contact with clients / partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Sales pipeline development
Consistently develop a healthy pipeline of sales by diversifying IB pool from the CFD industry either from personal or industry contacts in order to achieve the set monthly / quarterly sales target.Competitor analysis
You will also be tasked in conducting a periodic competitor analysis to understand the up and rising potential competition within the business market and identify potential opportunity to capitalised on to boost the business growth.Troubleshooting and business support
You will act as the primary contact person for all issues experience from our partners and IB side and worth collaboratively with other internal teams to resolve the issues at hand.What Success Looks Like
Strong pipeline of sales to ensure a consistent achievement of sales targets on monthly and quarterly targets.Develop strong relationships with personal portfolios of IBs and partners.Significant contribution to the business top line and user acquisitionActive participation in social-based events such as workshops, seminars, and other events as part of business development strategy.What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualification & Experience :
1 year and above of work experience in a CFD industry within the business development sphere with strong experience in dealing with IBs and partners.Strong base of IBs and partners through personal portfolios in the respective markets.A diploma or degree in any field.Technical and Functional skills :
Experience in utilizing CRM tools as part of business development initiatives.Proficiency in utilising Excel as part of data analysis tasks and PowerPoint in preparing sales pitch / deck.Soft Skills :
Strong interpersonal skills that enable strong relationship building with partners and clientsAbility to communicate in Chinese as well as proficiency in English language.
