JOB PURPOSE

The Education Counselor, Business Development (B2C) – Sabah is responsible for supporting the Business Development Team of Taylor's Higher Education (Taylor's University and Taylor's College). He / she is accountable for achieving the team and individual sales targets, which supports Taylor's University and Taylor's College sales targets, by driving the team Sales Pipeline (Lead, Contact, Appointment, Visit, Enrolment and Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels. He / she is also accountable for achieving the team and individual sales leads generation target through Partner Secondary Schools, Exhibitions, and other feeder channels assigned from outstation region.

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow Enrolment

• Responsible for National Sales (New Local & Transfer Market) assigned to the region, inclusive of supporting another sales department if needed.
• Accountable for managing team’s performance in achieving team National and Regional Sales Target and Growth by annual and cycle. Target includes Student Registration.
• Provide comprehensive advice, guidance, and information, such as admissions requirements, tuition fees, scholarship and accommodation to prospective and existing students and parents of Taylor’s Higher Education.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents for sales conversion via various channels.
• Support enrolment-related events and activities which include Open Days, Enrolment Days and other events organized to attract prospective students.
• Support market intelligence and information gathering of competitors’ offerings.
