Overview
The Receptionist will undertake administrative duties that will include but be limited to the following responsibilities related to facilities, reception and visitor management within an employer site environment.
What this job involves
The Receptionist is generally the first point of contact for visitors, guests and vendor personnel, and plays a key role in delivering a welcoming Workplace Experience.
Providing onsite support
You will be reporting to the JLL Site Lead or the Senior Facilities Coordinator. Your daily duties may be impacted by events on site, and you may be called upon to assist. Site administration may require use of Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint and may involve support with the helpdesk ticketing platform. The reception should be covered at all times, so coordination of breaks with other site personnel is important for client satisfaction and hospitality.
