About Us

Kemsite Café is a lifestyle café that brings the outdoor inside – a cozy space where people can relax, connect, and enjoy good food. We're looking for a passionate Café Operator to lead daily operations and create memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day café operations (front & back of house).
  • Lead and motivate a small team of service & kitchen staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service & handle feedback.
  • Manage stock, ordering, and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in F&B or café / restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership & people management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills.
