Purpose of Role
The Head of Admission leads in the planning and delivery of student recruitment activities to achieve enrolment and retention targets. The post holder is responsible for supporting the Campus Principal in matters relating to admissions and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibility 1 : Enrolment planning and delivery
Demonstrate successful planning and implementation across available channels to achieve enrolments. Track and monitor enrolment conversions and provide analysis and action points to the Admissions lead.Share KPI reports with internal stakeholders and the regional team on a regular cadence to support recruitment and retention efforts.Understand government processes regarding permits / visas and stay up to date with MOE and Immigration provisions that affect enrolments, including visa processing.Collaborate with Head of Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and to flag upcoming events, webinars, or initiatives for recruitment.Review marketing and recruitment performance midterm and termly, including market and competitor analysis.Provide coverage for the Head of Marketing & Communications when required.Key Responsibility 2 : Team and stakeholder engagement
Ensure the team and stakeholders understand the importance of sales, active recruitment and retention.Drive active student recruitment activities to meet targets with clear processes and timely response times.Ensure activities conform to annual budgets and represent the school at recruitment events as required.Manage MIS / CRM to ensure robust data collection and high levels of customer follow-up.Maintain relationships with feeder schools, universities, businesses, education agents and international markets providing recruitment support.Lead on establishing strong relationships with prospective and current parents and students; provide after-sales support as needed.Develop strong internal relationships to carry out marketing and recruitment activity; ensure retention champions are engaged to identify withdrawals early.Address any current parents’ concerns received via admissions promptly or escalate as needed; maintain a retention tracker to follow through to resolution.Key Responsibility 3 : Outreach engagement programmes
Lead generation through feeder school and community outreach programmes.Plan and execute outreach programmes for feeder schools and the community; work with Head of Marketing to promote events.Grow enrolments and brand awareness within the local area while ensuring a strong nurturing experience for prospective students.Key Responsibility 4 : CPD and line management
Provide CPD and guidance to the admissions team in collaboration with regional teams.Manage, mentor and coach admissions team members to ensure efficient and effective admissions processes.Promote customer service standards across all school teams and recommend training where necessary.Line management
The Head of Admission will report to the Campus Principal and Regional Head of Admission.
Qualifications and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience and Skills :
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in admissions, marketing, student recruitment, or a related customer-focused role; experience in an International School is preferred.Customer service experience and skills.ISP Leadership Competencies
