Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end procurement activities for Mechanical commodities.
• Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management / processing, rescheduling / pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, defective parts Management to avoid impact to customer's / Keysight operation.
• Support Revenue maximization, Inventory Reducton, Cost Saving initiatives.
• Support process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards continuous improvement.
