• Customer Service : Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and serving ice-cream in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cash Handling : Operating cash registers, processing payments, and providing change.
• Cleanliness : Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables, counters, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
• Inventory Management : Checking stock levels, ensuring proper product rotation, and notifying management of any shortages.
• Teamwork : Assisting new crew members with training and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation.
