About Our Client

Job Description

Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners to maximize sales and brand performance.

Develop and execute account strategies, seasonal plans, and promotional activities.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and trade agreements with retail partners.

Monitor retail performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

At least 6-8 years of proven experience in key account management or retail sales within the sports, lifestyle, or FMCG industry.

Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A passion for the sports industry and a results-driven, team-oriented attitude.
