About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our large-format Sun & Sand Sports stores — home to the world’s top sports brands.
You’ll be the driving force behind the store’s performance — leading a big team, inspiring service excellence, and maximizing sales across multiple sports categories. If you’re passionate about sports, thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, and know how to bring out the best in people, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large retail team to deliver outstanding service and sales results.
- Drive store KPIs and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members to build a winning culture.
- Oversee merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation to brand standards.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and accountability in a high-energy environment.
