Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of the existing and new or amended laws; rules and regulations, SOP, policies and procedures of the Company.
- Meet given KPI that align with the department's strategy, which in turn aligns with the overall strategy of the Group.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities for store staff, including overtime work. Track to ensure assigned jobs are completed within the given time frame.
- Supervise and monitor staff work progress to ensure customer orders are suitably packed, that quantity and description are correct, and deliver to customers on time.
- Coordinate with other Store Leaders to ensure effective utilization of available manpower resources within outlets located nearby, to resolve issues of shortage or surplus manpower.
- Monitor staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees including attendance. Encourage team spirit by working with subordinates.
- Receive and verify incoming supplies and reconcile with purchase orders and packing lists. Inspect quantity and quality.
- Schedule and regularly check book balances with actual physical stock count. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement to maintain effective inventory control and initiate requisition to replenish stocks of high-demand products when needed.
- Control the use of heavy equipment such as forklift and truck to avoid unnecessary work injuries.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation. Submit necessary reports on time.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the warehouse / store and shipping / receiving areas. Ensure the warehouse / store is clean and tidy at all times.
- Manage staff in using WMS or SAP systems, ensuring staff understand and use the systems effectively.
- Participate in the training program arranged by the Company to develop knowledge, skills and competencies required for work performance improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in the related field.Preferably possess vehicle spare parts knowledge; executives specializing in Warehouse Management or equivalent.At least 2 years of supervisor experience in the related field.Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
