Overview
This is a dynamic, cross-functional Marketing Executive role responsible for driving end-to-end promotional campaigns and multi-channel initiatives across Europe and LATAM. You will coordinate with global and local teams, manage campaign execution, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights to maximise engagement, ROI, and market impact. The position also includes optimising social media, supporting CRM, and contributing to digital advertising, offering a broad and strategic marketing scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end promotional campaign execution, coordinating closely with the backend development team to ensure accurate setup, system logic, and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team on campaign planning, materials, and execution, adapting initiatives for LATAM market relevance and local culture.
- Manage campaign communications across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app banners, and landing pages, maintaining consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Coordinate with local Europe and LATAM stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project rollout, timely execution, and alignment across multiple channels.
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and provide insights to optimise reach, engagement, and conversions in B2B markets.
- Support day-to-day CRM activities such as deposit stimulation campaigns, and selective IB communications.
- Experience with digital paid advertising (Google, Meta, programmatic) is a strong advantage but not a must.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management, client engagement, or digital marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience working with marketing analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel, etc.).Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Proficiency in both Chinese and English.Experience in performance marketing, loyalty programs, or growth marketing is a plus.Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioural targeting in online investment brokerage industry is a plus.Seniority level
