Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Create, design, and manage social media content, including carousels, collaterals, and paid advertisements.

Monitor and engage with audiences by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms.

Manage and maintain company websites, including overseeing end-to-end production for new project websites.

Design marketing assets and deliver high-quality written and visual content.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring effective targeting and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring consistency with overall brand strategy.

Analyze campaign performance, track market trends, and generate insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, website management, digital campaigns management.

Proficient in graphic design and written communication.

Independent player who can take ownership of tasks and projects with prompt feedback to the Singapore HQ.

Experience in managing marketing activities across multiple business units.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Familiarity with marketing automations and targeting strategies.

Creative thinking and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to reach diverse audiences.

Willing to undertake a 3-month attachment in Singapore. Expenses for meals, accommodation, and flights will be sponsored by the company.
