Job Description
SPX Express is seeking an Operational Excellence specialist for their First Mile delivery operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The role involves identifying key operational gaps and improvement opportunities, designing and project managing initiatives, analyzing data, and developing dashboards and tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Express' First Mile delivery operations
- Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all First Mile Hubs in Malaysia
- Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards and tools as required
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
