Senior Finance Executive

Description

• Handle the full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
• Plan and control the company's cash flow and budget allocation.
• Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
• Provide and interpret monthly financial information.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures fully comply with company policies.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal teams, bankers, etc.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by superiors.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and financial institutions for all loan-related matters.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all required documentation for loan applications, renewals, or reviews.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely updates of financing schedules, interest rates, repayment terms, and relevant documentation.
• Support company secretarial matters, such as maintaining statutory records and assisting with regulatory filings.
• Review finance and business processes, initiate development of action plans, follow up, and monitor implementation and effects.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
