Penerangan pekerjaanBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify business opportunities and generate new sales leads Present and promote company products / services to potential customers Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on enquiries Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company Deliver excellent after-sales service and client support Collaborate with internal teams (production, admin, finance) for smooth project execution Basic salary + Attractive commission scheme EPF, SOCSO, EIS Annual leave & medical leave Performance bonus & incentives Career development and training opportunities Team building activities & company trips Salary increment based on performance Employee recognition & rewards Additional benefits : Allowance, high basic salary, training provided
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, independent, and able to achieve sales targets
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
