What You'll Be Doing
- Talent Management : You'll assist with Job Analysis and Competency Profiling, helping us understand what it takes to succeed in each role. You'll also be a key player in our Succession Planning efforts, helping identify future leaders and create development plans to get them there.
- Talent Development & Onboarding : You'll help build and run our learning and development programs. This includes everything from helping identify training needs and coordinating sessions to managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and working with external training providers. You'll also be instrumental in making sure our new hires have a great start through our onboarding program.
- Culture & Engagement : You'll help us create a vibrant and positive work environment. You'll assist with developing and executing employee engagement activities and help shape our company's culture.
Who We're Looking For
A graduating student or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology.A strong interest in building a career in Talent Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development.A quick learner with excellent organizational and communication skills.A proactive team player who is excited to take on new challenges.Language proficiency in English and Chinese will be added advantage.If you're ready to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to the growth of both our company and our people, we encourage you to apply.
