The Role
The Role : As the Maintenance Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will ensure that our unit is in tip top condition. You will focus on coordinating, hands‑on work, and client servicing. Your work will directly impact the quality of the designer units. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the technicians, clients, tenants, and building management to carry out maintenance work.
- Work on processing warranty claims.
- Conduct site inspection and perform minor repair work (e.g., plumbing and wiring; training will be provided).
- Schedule, apply permit, and make quotations.
- Schedule for repairing work, site inspection and restaging work.
- Oversee and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time.
