Role Summary : We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to support and optimise omnichannel campaigns, design and implement customer journeys, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Support clients in executing campaigns through Email, SMS, Mobile, Whatsapp, Chatbot, Web, and related channels.
Plan and implement campaign workflows : AI‑infused audience segmentation, personalization, scheduling, automation, testing, and optimisation.
Assist in implementing customer journeys and automated workflow projects.
Provide technical and campaign support to client users; troubleshoot and elevate to global and regional experts as needed.
Support Sales with pre‑sales demonstrations.

Qualifications :

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field.

Fresh graduates or interns welcome; minimum 2 years experience for Manager level.

Knowledge of HTML / CSS; strong interest in web / UI / UX design encouraged.

Proficiency in English; effective communication with regional stakeholders.

Proactive, independent, and collaborative team player.

Full‑time or part‑time arrangements available.
