Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, etc.). Curiosity and willingness to explore new acquisition verticals and creative testing. We are looking for a driven Performance Marketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, analytical, and eager to grow into a senior performance marketer role. You’ll be at the heart of scaling our paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across : Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads , Twitter / X Ads , Google SEM / PPC (Youtube / Search), and Media Buy Networks (placements on dating / review / news sites, and other niche verticals)
- Continuously track, measure, and analyse campaign performance to ensure cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CAC).
- Identify trends and insights to drive better acquisition strategies.
- Run structured A / B tests, explore new ad formats, and experiment with emerging channels.
- Work closely with the creative / content team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that convert.
- Report results and provide actionable recommendations directly to the marketing lead.
